Manish sir, a technical inspiration, someone who was never shy to voice his opinion and overall a fun person just to be around.
Would never forget the time when we sat in the silent room for 3 weeks in KA doing the first PoC of RM INV.
What a fun time it was and also got to know what a wonderful cook you were.
It was a shocker to hear this news.
Hope God gives strength to your family.
Thanks for all the learnings and miss you.

It has been shocking since i heard of you. I cant believe a fit guy like you with whom we cherish not just professional moments but good talk about healthy being, Sports etc. is no more with us.
I still remember the first day i entered in R&D ,first person i saw was you discussing with Abhishek in a meeting room late evening.
This wasn't really the time for you to go, But as they say there is end of every story. I just wish god give strength to your family in these tough time. RIP my friend :(

Suddenly it seems we are in a different universe where everything is turning so dismal and dark. It's hard to believe you are no longer with us. It hurts to remember the happy times spent with you and with our families.
You were an amazing mentor who shaped my journey in Ericsson and brought me where I am today.
You will be forever missed. Hope you rest in peace now!

Manish, it was a shock to hear about the tragedy which happened to you. We were not closely working together, but I remember we met met once in person at the time when you were Release Architect and there was a workshop in Frankfurt. I was impressed at that time how deep you were in the details of each single backlog item. And I also remember the fun we had after the workshop in the nearby pizzeria. We will miss you a lot and all the strength to overcome these dark days to your family.

Dear Manish, In the last 6 months or so i had written many mails to you and expected your feedback/ideas on the challenges we faced. I never thought i would need to pen down this message and it is giving such a pain to do so. Your calm and jovial nature among the challenging discussions will ever be in my thoughts. I pray to almighty to give your family the strength and courage to overcome their pain. I am sure you are there somewhere and look upon to your family with love. Miss you Manish.

When I joined Ericsson 14 years ago, you had won an innovation contest at BUSS level. To me, you were like a star at the office. During the last year, we got to work in the same team. We planned to solve together lots of challenges and I still cant believe what has happened. My thoughts and prayers go out for your family. Miss you...

Dear Manish!

We have had quite a lot of discussions over the years, but even if we didn't always agree you always had a positive attitude. You also always tried to help out, trying to answer all requests.

Dear Manish

It was a true pleasure working with you, regardless if it was remote or in f2f discussions. Even in heated discussions where people would loose their temper, you would be the calming factor with your kind attitude and empathy. You will be truly missed by all

A person who is a hero from the Biller domain at Ericsson.
A man of his words and the man who anyone could rely on
Was really great to listen to his expertise and thorough knowledge in everything he worked with from top to the bottom
The moments I remember:
- I should not checkout root folder in Sparx and prevent others from updating OP
- His review of my Real time reporting QS
- A moment where he challenged the efforts I gave for EDM BUCs in OP
- His review of my backward compatible DR
- His support in first Biller BUC I handled in FT14-5 Biller
Looking forward to meet his daughter one day!

Dear Manish, it was a pleasure and privilege to have met you. I still remember myself laughing my heart out in the car with you, in India, to your witty comments with perfect, humoristic, timing.
Even though we not always saw eye to eye on solutions, I acknowledge and value your calm and friendly attitude.
My condolences to friends and family.

You not only leave an empty chair in the office but also an empty place in our hearts. You always came with a big smile that will be dearly missed. Your greatest joy and pride was your daughter and when you talked about her your smile was even bigger.

Dear Manish, on one of the last times we spoke, when we were all chatting away, you told me it was my lucky day to get to speak to you not only once, but twice. I laughed.
But so sadly it was very true. I was lucky.. It's a sadder day when you are no longer around.. We all miss you and my thoughts go out to your family and daughter ..

I am thankful to have met you Manish, I remember your smile the most, when you explained the reasoning and details I needed to understand when I asked for your support at work. You were dedicated and enjoyed your work, you shined at work with your knowledge and contribution but also your peaceful voice and humanity. Life is a test, we know it, we feel it. But it is very hard to understand why you had to leave now. To your family I send a very big hug, and I am sure you keep loving and supporting them forever. We are in a tough situation, some of us will need to keep fighting and some as you will take a new path and keep supporting from the above. A mystery that we will all understand sooner or later. I know that now the light embraces you fully. Let this light reach your loved ones and stay with them forever.

Dear Manish, You will be sorely missed. We have had many long and sometime heated debates over the past 20 years. We always remained friends despite differences in opinion on certain solutions, and that was a true reflection of your professionalism. I will always remember and appreciate your eagerness and pride in explaining and make me try Indian food whenver I visited India. Rest in peace my friend,
