My dearest sister, your sudden departure has created a vacuum in the family. You were our mum's carer but I guest God needed your service more than we do. Loosing you was the last thing I could ever wished for. Despite our efforts to restore your health, God decided to call you home. Words nor tears can't bring you back. We miss you and we pray that god should grant you eternal rest. Rest in the lord ma Nyem.

Mama my advisor , my role model , my mother , it is hard to believe that the angels have packed you home at the time we least respected. You fought a good fight, even at the last moment with all the pains yet you were still courageous that you will overcome death but God has a reason for your departure . I wonder if we will find anyone to take your place ! You left a mark on our heart that can never be erase . Farewell Mama.

Often times, we say the hour of death cannot be forecasted. When we say this,we presume it is distant until its ugly face shows up. When in my detention cell, I got wind that you were hospitalized, I lamented that you ought to be ever strong to continue to take care of our ailing mum whom we entrusted into your hands. Hardly could I imagine that you were heading to your end so soon. Truely " it never rain but pours". Death is not the end, for love goes on and it is evident that I was submerged in a bunker somewhere but you waited  for me and as soon as I was done, you said goodbye. Dear sisters, we will miss you forever. Go well and greet those who went before you for this journey we all must take and each must go alone at an unknown time and place.

My lovely anut it still seems like I dream that you are gone to a land of no return. You have always been there for me every step of my life. You shown me love and care especially during my trying moments in the hospital. Your death has left a wound in my heart that will never heal. Go well my Mama.

To the world you were one person, but to me you were the world. You didn’t have much, but we always felt like we had everything. You left a legacy worth much more.
You taught me love, patience and endurance. You taught me how to pray and led by example. You praised me whenever I did good and pointed out my mistakes with that gentle voice.
You encouraged me to work hard in school.
I was devastated when you feel ill. In a matter of days, the smile on your face disappeared and was replaced by gloom. I saw you pass through excruciating pains and torments but in all you never gave up. Your hope was so high as we looked up to God for his miracles.l remember I couldn’t leave your side for one second. You kept encouraging us and giving us hope that you will be fine. You left mum and everybody even your grandchildren to the land of no return. Mama my heart is so heavy but one thing I know is that God reserved a seat for you at his right sight, that I'm happy.
I will never forget that fateful Wednesday night when you said goodbye forever. The cruel hands of death had snatched you away from us. We miss you every day. I thank God for you and cherish the memories we made. I love you and will forever love you my mother. Rest in the lord.
Your First Daughter Nina.

My super Mom.
As your dearest daughter, your sudden departure has created a vacuum in my heart.
My mom,my mentor ,my adviser,my fervent one. It's still so hard to believe that you left me despite all my endeavors. Though words nor tears can't bring you back. You might be gone from my sight but you are never gone from my heart. Goodbyes are not forever nor the end,it simply means "I will miss you" until we meet again .
I love you Mama. Rest In Peace.
Your sweetest and lovely Daughter, Amadine.

Grandma’s leaving is heaven’s gain,
but one day I will see her again.
Because the Jesus that Grandma knew,
she made sure I got to know too.
  Go well Grandma.

You may have passed on, but your memories would always live on within us. Thank you for your sacrifices, your care and concern, your love and everything that you have done for me. I know you are in a much better place. I will be forever grateful and thankful that you are my 'grandmother'.

My dear Mother-in-law,
You were the truest, dearest, mother-in-law I could ever have asked for. I called you a friend, adviser and also a mother. You stood by me all the time.
