This memorial website was created in memory of our loved one, Marcus Shade, 65 years old, born on May 1, 1958, and passed away on May 20, 2023. Marcus has three children, Marcus"Lil Marcus" Crockett (46), Marcellina "Lina" Shade-Scott(44), and Michael "Mike Mike"Shade (41) and four grandchildren.

Education

Marcus graduated from Hughes Highschool in 1976. He continued his education at the University of Cincinnati in 1979 he became the a first generation college graduate earning an associate degree in Library Technician. Having hard time finding a job he enrolled in the United States Army. Being a veteran he was able to secure a job in University of Cincinnati law library.
