ForeverMissed
Social worker, business owner, friend, wife, daughter, mother, aunt, sister, grandmother.

This is how Marcy described herself. Although she strove to make self-care a priority, she often spent her time in the service of others. Family was so very important to her. She loved her husband and children more than anything in the world. She would do nearly anything for them. But she also made time to help total strangers. From giving advice to fellow scrapbookers on Facebook, to her 24 years devoted to working with foster children, she had a lot of love to go around.

Although Marcy did appreciate adoration, she didn't want a big to-do over her passing. Immediate family will be spreading her ashes in Alaska, as she requested. This page will serve as a lasting memorial. More information about Marcy's life will be added in time. You can leave brief notes below, or click on the "stories" tab at the top to share your memories of Marcy. In lieu of gifts or flowers, we're asking donations be given to Treehouse. This organization helps foster children and young adults in Washington state. You can donate and find out more about Treehouse by following this link: https://www.treehouseforkids.org/take-action/give/

Thank you for coming here to help us celebrate Marcy's life. You were a light in her life, as I'm sure she was in yours. May that light continue in our hearts forever.

Marcy and I met over our crafting. She came to my house for my monthly crafting and was the fun person there. I miss her laugh, her positive view, and her smile. She showed me how to rethink some crafting things. Miss her.
