My dearest Letty,
It was so nice to see all those family pictures, I had no idea your mom played hockey! I'm sure you find some comfort looking back on these memories. Sometimes you can almost remember the day, the weather, the smells, the sounds of laughter, and the warm hugs of your mommy. I didn't know her well but it was obvious that she loved you unconditionally. When you became part of our family, she did too and I'm happy to have memories of my own of our families coming together at my parents house. We most definitely will have that opportunity again in much better conditions (Isaiah 33:24). It's been impressive to see you, someone who is experiencing the severest emotional pain to be so devoted to your faith and physical health (2 Corn 12:10-"...For when I am weak, then I am powerful."). No doubt your strength comes from God's curative comfort. Seeking his will, will certainly bring healing to your aching heart. Until your heart is fully mended, keep our sure and true hope of a resurrection close in mind (1 Thes 4:13-15, 18). We are sorry for your loss and Jehovah is sorry too. We love you immensely and extend our love to your family. You are in our prayers. Love, David & Jess.
