I'm Free
Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free,
I'am following the path God laid for me.
I took His hand when I heard Him call,
I turned my back and left it all.
I could not stay another day,
To laugh, to love, to work or play.
Tasks left undone must stay that way,
I found that peace at close of day.
If my parting has left a void,
Then fill it with remembered joy.
A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss,
Ah yes, these things I too will miss.
Be not burdened with times of sorrow,
I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow.
My life's been full; I've savored much,
Good friends, good times a loved one's touch.
Perhaps my time seemed all too brief,
Don't lengthen it now with undue grief.
Lift up you heart and share with me,
God wanted me now, He set me free.
With love and prayers,
Lois

MY CONDOLENCES TO BARBARA AND TED, FROM CINDY STUART.
FRI., 8/31/18 -- 11:30 P. M.
DEAR BARBARA AND TED,
NOT SURE YOU WILL REMEMBER ME, BUT MANY YEARS AGO - PEG (WHAT I CALLED HER) AND I WERE GOOD FRIENDS.
TONIGHT WAS THE FIRST TIME I LEARNED OF PEG'S DEATH, AND I SEND MY SINCERE CONDOLENCES TO YOU AND THOSE WHO LOVED HER! PEG WAS ALWAYS A WONDERFUL FRIEND AND TRUSTWORTHY PERSON! I TREASURED OUR FRIENDSHIP. UNFORTUNATELY, OVERT THE YEARS PEG AND I LOST TOUCH WITH EACH OTHER.
I AM SADDENED THIS IS THE FIRST NEWS ABOUT PEG I HAVE HAD IN MANY YEARS. THIS IS WHY I REACH OUT TO YOU NOW (AND NOT EARLIER) TO LET YOU KNOW I AM SO VERY SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS.
PEG AND I WENT TO HIGH SCHOOL TOGETHER, AND WE WERE RE-ACQUAINTED WHEN WE WORKED FOR THE STATE DURING THE EARLY 1960'S. FRIENDSHIP BETWEEN US FOLLOWED!
PEG ALSO SERVED AS MY BRIDESMAID WHEN I MARRIED IN THE EARLY 1960'S.
I REMEMBER YOU, BEAUTIFUL BLONDE BARBARA, DURING THE EARLY 70'S WHEN I WOULD VISIT YOUR MOTHER WITH MY DOG, PEDRO! I KNOW HOW MUCH YOUR MOTHER LOVED YOU!
I AM SURE YOU MISS HER VERY MUCH - AND THERE WAS A PART OF YOU THAT LEFT WITH HER.
KNOW YOU ARE IN MY THOUGHTS, BARBARA AND TED, AND MAY LIFE BE GOOD TO BOTH YOU YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!
LOVE IN CHRIST,
CINDY STUART, NEW JERSEY
