A very kind hearted woman who loved a good joke. She made gifts for so many. She had such a big heart! She loved her family. She made friends everywhere she went. She had some pictures she had made and didn't get a chance to give to the recipients. We brought them to who she made them for and the one person was so touched and he said "that's my girl". The other person who is pregnant she did a picture for with the baby's name on the picture. That's my mom- such a big heart!

Some favorite times

September 14, 2021
My mom loved being outside gardening and sitting out on the front steps with some hot tea planning on what flowers to put where. I loved helping her plant and developed the love of plants and nature because of her.
Mom was always ready to have fun playing cards, dice and board games, especially when more family was over. Those were some great times with all of us together.
Mom was also never above being goofy to have fun. She would make up bed time stories, we would have hand puppets sing along to songs on the radio, we would have "favorite pebble" contests where we would pick out the ones we liked the best that we collected from the yard, so many small things, big things and silly things that made life better and filled with memories to carry with me forever.

Some memories I have

September 14, 2021
mom had a love of video games! We would play a game such as pacman or frogger until the game would "flip". She had every nintendo system and loved games such as zelda, link, mario games, etc... She had a ds and also played facebook games. She also loved board games and making up games. As kids we would get cardboard and markers and draw out a made up game. Family get togethers we would play rummy, scattagories, yatzee, dice games etc... At Christmas we would play our version of the "white elephant" .
