Last night, when decorating the Christmas tree, I found the needlepoint hanging tree ornament Margee had created for Jim and me back in our first Christmas in California, in 1978. Last year I could just not find it, even though I tore apart all my boxes trying to do so. This year, though, I heard Margee pointing out to me that, of course, Auntie, you stuck it under all the wrapping paper to "protect it". Silly Auntie.  Damn it, I miss you so much, but your bratty tomboy kid sister and bro-in-law came with me to Kona this year, making the trip memorable and, as usual with Debi, fun. Wait for us.
