10 years since you gained your wings Mum and not a day passes without something to remind us of you. I wish I could pick up a phone to speak to you to hear your voice would be wonderful. Going to go out to visit Grandfather Brandt grave soon in Brittany. We nearly made a visit before with you Mam but we could not find it. We will leave a gift for him there. Love you so much. xxx

My dear Margarete. ( Margaret. ) my neibour and friend. 84 today, born 1931, Not 1921, as once a lady in an Ambulance said to you as she was taking your details and asked your date of birth , and after you had , had a nasty bang to u head, well you turned around and told the lady " I AM NOT THAT OLD. " IT WAS SO FUNNY.
