Margo and I worked closely together in shaping the NBC Sports Bay Area content team, but what I’ll always remember about her aren’t the work conversations, but the personal chats we had about our families, our lives, and our hopes and dreams. She was incredibly kind, understanding and positive, even in the face of adversity, and cared about everyone.

One of my favorite memories of Margo involves my kids when they'd visit the office. They knew Margo had Jolly Ranchers and gum on her desk, so they always asked to go upstairs to see her. And sometimes, I'd be in her office, and she'd say, "I have new candy -- take some home to Libby and Colin."

My heartfelt condolences to Margo's family, friends and loved ones. I'll miss her incredibly.

Margo and my offices were next to each other in Stamford for a few years and then I had the privilege of her joining my team 2 years ago when she moved out to San Francisco. We developed a meaningful relationship that was so much more than just work. She helped to make difficult things ok for people, which was such a gift. She was smart, and kind and funny. We will all miss her so much.

Kind, smart, so pleasant to be around and an unbelievable colleague. These are just a few of the things that come to mind when thinking of Margo. I feel extremely fortunate to have spent a lot of time with Margo over the past few years at NBC Sports in San Francisco. Through the ups and downs, her counsel and grace were so helpful. But it was the person that I enjoyed the most and will miss the most. RIP Margo.

I got to know Margo during a three-day NBC leadership workshop in LA in 2019. We unknowingly booked the same flight to Burbank and ran into each other at the gate in SFO. A three-day conversation, and a friendship, started there. Over the next few days, we got coffee together before the start of each day’s session and had dinner together afterward. We went to Universal Studios one night and I got to see a fun, outgoing side of Margo that most people in our office don’t get to see. She was the HR rep which builds up certain barriers within an office, but she was just like all of us.

During those three days, I got to see how dedicated she was to her job. Despite having to focus on growing her leadership skills at the workshop, she still found time to do her job remotely and talk to managers back in the office about issues that needed to be resolved. Her work ethic was unmatched and she had a bright future ahead of her.

We also booked the same flight back from Burbank to SFO, and after we arrived at the airport, our flight was slightly delayed. We sat at our gate and had one final, long conversation. She told me all about Greg, her boyfriend at the time and later her fiancé, and how excited she was to be with him. I’m heartbroken that she never got the chance to put on her wedding dress and walk down the aisle.

After that trip to LA, anytime she walked through the newsroom, she always made sure to say hi to me. Sometimes we’d give each other a high-five. It makes me sad knowing that when we return to the office later this year, I won’t get any more high-fives from Margo.

I’m going to miss Margo, and I hope her family knows how much of an impact she made on me during those three days.

I knew Margo in CT but we really worked closely together once she relocated to Bay Area. She hit the ground running and we were in the midst of revamping our Sports Sales group and searching for a Sales Lead. She was ready for it all even while still adjusting to the new surroundings. She had a warm smile which was always present and made even the tough days not so bad. I will miss her very much....

I send my thoughts and prayers to her family and friends.

One of my fondest memories of Margo was when we had our bring your child to work day. My son is very shy and has a hard time meeting new people in new surroundings. Margo was so warm and sweet with Jax, going overboard to help him get comfortable as well as making sure I was ok. She would've been an amazing mom.

My heart goes out to her family, fiance and friends. We miss you, Margo.

I met Margo in 2018 when she transferred to the Bay Area and we enjoyed coffees together when I visited my SF office. This past year I got to work closely with her and was enjoying getting to know her even more. I will miss her smile and her perspective. My deepest condolences to Margo's family, and everyone who knew and loved her.
