To Marilyn's family,
We were so saddened about Marilyn. We are away for the winter and just learned. My husband Ted and I taught at ACHS for 40 years, where we came to know Marilyn. That was back in the day before fast food when our cafeteria staff made and served gourmet meals. Marilyn was wonderful. I had more fun with her. When someone shipped a 50 gallon drum of olive oil with a tap to us from Greece, Marilyn saved and sterilized all the empty mayonnaise jars for me from the cafeteria so that I could bottle and give. She also helped me plan menus for private parties with recipes and actual help in preparing them.
She lived a long life. We hope all of it was good--as she deserved it to be. Please accept our sympathy. We are truly sorry for your loss.
Sincerely, Barbara and Ted Manos (from the old ACHS)
