Marilyn Lynn Marvin (Known by many as Cookie) age 54 Departed this life on July
28, 2019.
Marilyn was born January 3, 1965 in Dayton, Ohio to Ruby Marvin and James
Campbell.
She graduated from Colonel White High School home of the Cougars in Dayton,
Ohio. She worked at Kmart Clothing Store in Trotwood, OHio for several years
until she stopped. She was a lover of animals she owned a pit bull by the name of
Zander whom she treated like a baby and loved very much. She has a passion for
cooking and loved shopping and eating out. Marilyn was a huge fan of the singer
Prince she even belonged to his fan club, purple is her favorite color. Marilyn was
Baptized at an early age at St. Peters Missionary Baptist Church of Dayton, Ohio
by the late Paul Schooler. Marilyn is preceded in death by her Dad James
Campbell- her mother Ruby Marvin 4 sisters Earlene,Serita,Lola and Zale
Campbell. Niece Pam Marvin, nephew DeAndre Choice. She leaves to cherish her
memory 4 sons Keyanday Cunningham, Gregory Gresham, Quesane Marvin,
Demar(Peter) Parson. 4 sisters Carolyn(David) Marvin, Carla Davis, Darlene
(Joseph) Campbell, Nancy (Michael) Fields. 3 Brothers Earl (Emma Jean) Marvin,
Terry and Marvin Bean. 11 grandkids
Dakota,Keyan’a,Keyanae,Key’Arii,Key’Aira,Ja’Caree,Ja’Marion,Ja’Kyiah,Ja’Monee
,Ja’Kylen,
Gracie and a host of nieces and nephews, family and friends.
