Missing you, my little Bro. You would have loved joining me in Bellingham to enjoy Gregg, Claudia and Alaina and family a few weeks ago. I remember how much fun you had on our trip in 2018. You will forever be in my heart.

One year on…I miss you my dear, little brother. My life without you or George has lost so much of its magic. I miss your humorous texts and calls with our occasional opportunities for visits to take in your beautiful NorCal together. My memories made with you will be treasured in my heart for the rest of my life.

Today would be Mark’s 60th. I awoke today thinking of my baby brother. He was a truly loving soul. We became good friends over the years. I really miss him.  I sent pictures this morning to my brother, Gregg, and my sons, Alex, Chris and Nick, to share in his memory. He was such a character whose life and love will not be forgotten.

His Life

Love of life

March 21, 2021
Mark was born on September 30, 1961, the third of three children.  He was the loving son of George and Ellie Hage.  Born while his family had moved temporarily from Seattle to Cocoa Beach, FL, he was referred to as “the Florida dividend” by his parents.  He is survived by his brother, Gregg  (Claudia), sister, Candace Xanttopoulos, and nephews and a niece.
Mark lived life on his own terms, spending many years in French Gulch and Redding, CA.  He was a world traveler, living in Sri Lanka, India and Thailand.  He was a true Rasta man, adept at horticulture and thriving on the music and life style.  A loving person to his family and friends, he will be deeply missed.
