Her Life
July 23, 2014

Mrs. Walker was born in Memphis, Tennessee on July 22, 1941, the daughter of the late Q T Walker and Dorothy Eleanor White Walker. She was retired from United Refrigeration Warehouses where she was an Executive Secretary. “Mrs. Marty” was a fun loving person who made everyone feels alive when they were around her. She loved animals, especially puppy, Junior. She enjoyed watching the Humming Birds in her yard, and riding on the back of her son-in-law, Darrell’s, Harley. She was an avid board game and card player. Before her husband Sam passed away they loved traveling the world over. Her most enjoyable times were spent reminiscing with family and friends.

She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Dunlap (Darrell) of Franklin, GA.; two brothers, Terry Walker of Lilburn, GA., and Michael Walker (Becky) of TN.; one brother-in-law, Russell Walker (Carmen) of Kansas City, MO.; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband and son Sam and Jeffrey Walker.
