I'll never forget the kindness of Marty & Joe when they took in my infant sister at a time when my mother was ill and unable to. Marty had a contagious laugh I'll always remember when our families would get together for a game of cards or going camping. She was a true friend to my family especially at a time when we really needed her. She was a special lady and my condolences for the family's loss. May God bless.

May looking back in memory help comfort you tomorrow. For death is no more than a turning of us over from time to eternity. The angels are always near to those who are grieving, to whisper to them that their loved ones are safe in the hand of God. There are special people in our lives who never leave us.....
I know Marty is in the hands on God and looking down at us with love in her heart. Miss you and will always love you.

Our family lived two houses down on Virginia Avenue in the early 80’s and Marty and Joe were our neighbors for about 10 years. We have many memories of Marty visiting with her on her front porch watching our children grow and play together. Our two daughters and Jenny were regular playmates. Although we moved out of the area, when I read thatMarty had passed, those memories flashed back. We send our sympathies to Joe and the family. She was a sweetheart and I know you will miss her. Prayers to you all.
