Martin Anthony Stevens, Jr. 30, died in Myrtle Beach, SC on January 17, 2012. He was a veteran of the Iraq War, serving in the U.S. Army from 2006 until his medical discharge in 2009. He was stationed in Germany and was deployed to Iraq in 2006 and 2007. He earned a good conduct medal, a National Defense Service medal, a medal for serving in the global war on terrorism with the Iraq campaign and a combat action badge. He was 19 Delta, Calvary Scout. Martin was born October 10, 1981 in Tucson, AZ, and moved to the Myrtle Beach area after his military discharge. He attendedMyrtle Beach Golf Academy, graduating in 2011 with an Associate's degree. He was also a member of the Myrtle Beach Disabled American Veterans organization. He is survived by his wife, Crystal Stevens; two daughters, Arionna, 10 and Alyssa, 7, all of Myrtle Beach; his mother, Lourdes Trejo and father, Martin Anthony Stevens, Sr. and Alex Trejo, of Tucson; as well as brothers, Joey Stevens and Alex and Andrew Trejo; sisters, Marie Antoinette Espinoza, Olivia Stevens and Bailey all of Arizona.

Martin enjoyes golf, rodeo, softball, football, fishing, hunting, welding, and family.
