Its been 7 years since we talked... I still listen to you voicemail... I still dream about our game worlds... I still hear the lectures and tell myself "Z would be pissssed at me today!" I hold you in my heart and will forever... Miss you. Love you. Forever changed better from sharing my life with you.

Tomorrow is the day we celebrate your life.

Ashes at sea where you wanted to face your fears. On the water where you loved to go fishing. No better place to let you rest.

Tonight I roll the dice in your home one last time to remember the years past of all the laughter and trials we faced together.. Gaming doesn't feel as satisfying with out the weeks of debate on the ripple affect of consequences to actions taking in a universe of imagination.

I miss you so much and California feels to big without you I miss your stories. I miss your advice. I miss your voice. I miss your scoldings and your wisdom.

It was a blessing to see you again last summer after 30+ years! So glad that you got to meet my family. We enjoyed going down memory lane together. They were good and happy times. We will miss you and your positive spirit.

Z. Words can not describe how much you will be missed. Your stories brought imagination to many. Your wisdom brought me back to planet earth on more occasion than one. Love you so much. RIP my dear friend.

I went fishing the other day with my dad at lake casitas (picture attached.) The entire time you were on my mind. Almost as if you were there with me.  I remember fishing with you was never dull. You always caught something even when everyone else was getting skunked. Later that day you'd have a fish fry. Followed by your dnd game. You have changed my life for the better. And I am happy to have had the pleasure of knowing you for the time that I did. You were a protector and a father figure. Keep fishing up there.
