Mary was a truly wonderful person. Her son Sean has been great friends with my son Jeff since kindergarten. I remember talking to Mary when we walked our sons to school or back home again. I encountered her at the city pool when she took her two sons to swim and I was there with my kids. She used to allow Sean to spend the night at our house and when he had a low blood sugar in the night and wanted his mom she never complained about the calls he made to her. She and John raised two wonderful sons and she loved them with her whole heart. She was warm and friendly every time I saw her. She will be missed not only by her family but by her neighbors and friends. Rest In Peace Mary.

I had the absolute privilege of having Mary in my life, starting in late 2016 when I started dating her son, Sean. This woman took me under her wing, treated me as I was her own and made me feel instantly part of her family. We would have many conversations and outings without Sean even around. She truly became not only a second mother to me, she became someone I looked up to. I would never have gotten into painting and art if it wasn’t for her direct influence. She taught me so many life lessons, I don’t even think she realized how wise she truly was. I will forever miss her, terribly. I know she is in true peace right now, swimming among her beloved mermaids and doing crafts out in the sunshine. She blessed my life in ways I will never be able to explain. Even when Sean and I parted ways (very cordially), we were still best friends. She still treated me as her own and I made every effort to make sure our relationship never changed. I am grateful to have not only known Mary, but truly got the chance to be blessed beyond belief with her kind soul! My relationship with her family has never changed. I still adore them with every ounce of my being. I will miss Mama Mary beyond any measurement and I will promise to always be there for her family, especially her sons. May you Rest In Peace and know, you were so very loved by so many! Til we meet again, I now have another Angel to stand by me.
