Ms. Mary F. "Biddy" Davidson of West Point, GA, expired Saturday, July 23 at West GA Health, LaGrange, GA.
Ms. Mary Fannie Davidson was born March 13, 1924 in Harris County, GA to the late Cooper and Fannie Lou Davidson Houston on March 13, 1924. She departed this life on July 23, 2011 at the West GA Health, LaGrange, GA.
“Biddy”, as she was known to many, accepted Christ at an early age and united with the New Harmony CME Church.
Mary was unite in Holy Matrimony to Lovice”Pete” Davidson and into this union three children were born.’’
She was loved by all that knew her. She always had a smile on her face and never met a stranger.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, McKinley, Clarence, and Eddie B. Houston; two sisters, Endie Andrews and Catherine Ray.
She leaves to cherish her memories: two sons, George(Diane) Davidson, Jesse Davidson, West Point, GA and Mamie Davidson, West Point, GA; one brother, Luther Houston, Sr., West Point, GA; two sisters, Louise Walker, Hamilton, GA and Georgie Moss, West Point, GA; two special sisters-in-law, Mattie Houston and Gladys Houston, ; 13 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, and a host of niece, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
