I had the pleasure of knowing Mary and to know her was to love her. She always had a smile on her face and made everyone feel special. She will be missed by many. My prayer for her family is that the memories of your love one will sustain you over the weeks, days, months and years to come.

I had the good fortune to work with Mary many years ago, and her words and acts of kindness have left a lasting impression on me.  She always had such a quiet calmness about her and was one of the most genuinely kind and thoughtful people I have ever met.
Wishing peace for her family.

My Heart is heavy and so sad. Mary was a very special and beautiful person. I worked with her at Richmond Memorial Hospital. She was always there my guardian angel. To this very day I'll will always remember the impact she had on my life. A heart bigger than life. May there be comfort in knowing she will never be forgotten.

Pierce;
Much more than a friend for over 50 years. One of the strongest in mind, sole, and body I will ever know. Always knew what was said between us was kept transparent. With gaps in between over the years she always kep it real.
"Cushy" I know how much she meant to you and will be missed.

Sending my love to Mary's family. I knew Mary through Unity of Richmond before working with her in Human Resources at St. Mary's. I loved hearing about her family, about David and Valley and her grandson and sons. She was so proud of you all and beamed with love when talking about you!

Mary was -- and continues to be -- a huge influence on my life. I love you, Mary! I know you are shining your love from heaven on all of us living out our earthly journeys here below. Peace to you all!

I only knew her while she was undergoing treatment but she was remarkable even then. She was tough and gentle and truly exuded grace. I know that her family knows how important they were to her and I hope that is some comfort.

Mary was the sweetest person, always with a big smile and ready to help you or just listening to you... I'll really miss to see that sweet face asking how i'm doing and how is Martin and the kids...Always checking on how we were doing even when she was dealing with so much on her own...Love you Mary and I'll really gonna miss your sweet, friendly and caring face... Thoughts and prayers are with you and your family...
