I can't believe it has been a year. Your were a sweet person i enjoyed working with you.I know you are in heaven looking down on all of your family and friends smiling.
Mrs. Mary Jean Crenshaw 69, of Lanett (Huguley), Alabama died Wednesday February 15, 2017 at the Mid Town Medical Center in Columbus, Georgia.
Funeral services will be held 2PM(ET) 1PM(CT) Monday February 20, 2017 at Osanippa Baptist Church with burial in the Cusseta Cemetery with the Rev. Claude Bennett and the Rev. Phillip Johnson officiating.
Visitation will Monday at the church 1 hour prior to the service.

Aunt Mary Jean news of your death has been felt my all those that loved you and knew you. A kinder woman that gave her all to others is the best way I can describe you in life. Your memory will remain with those left behind on this earth. I for one, although I haven't seen you in years, will miss you dearly. The phone calls and cards kept us in touch. Hope you are looking down on us with a watchful eye. Miss you and love you! Kathy

Mary was one of the sweetest people I ever had the previlage to work with and call friend. She would always have a smile on her face.She could make you smile even when you were having a bad day. She will be missed by many. Hope to see you again in heaven

I have known Mary Jean for most of my life. She was my baby sitter when I was small and the Crenshaw family has always been a part of family. When I got married and Mary would call the house the first thing she would ask was how was Aunt Ruthie, who was my grandmother and that was how my children related to her was Aunt Ruthie because they could remember that and not her real name.
I love you Mary Jean and Byron both and my heart is breaking.
