Born in Memphis,Tennessee on August 5,1954,Mary Jones began her journey through life.Mary was the daughter of the late Mr.&Mrs.Lloyd &Bertha Lee Curry.For the past 8 years,she was a devoted daycare teacher at Helping Hands Daycare.Mary was a 1972 graduate of Northside High School.Mary was a loving grandmother who devoted much of her time to her grandchildren.Surviving are one son Robert Lee Curry Sr.(Stephanie),two daughters,Adi Jones and Rebecca Vanarsdale;three sisters Diane Curry,Jacqueline Spiller(Onza) and Thelma Curry all of Memphis Tenn,sixteen grandchildren,one aunt.Mrs.Vennie Davis Jones of Blythville Ark.,three uncles,Tepolian Carpenter,James West of Greenwood,Ms and Jessie Carpenter of Atlanta GA.She leaves one great uncle of Lima,OH and a host of nieces,nephews and other relatives and friends.Mary was preceded in death by her parents,Lloyd and Bertha Curry,brother L.C and Sammie Curry,her grandparents Issac and Beauty Carpenter and one grandchild Nakara Cleaves.
