Her Life
July 21, 2016

She was born in Princeton, West Virginia, on January 14, 1935, the daughter of the late Effie Rita Wade Hall and Jesse Derwood Hall. She was a Christian by faith and a member of Bethel Christian Church. After her children were grown she attended and graduated from LaGrange College where she obtained a degree in nursing. She was passionate about the people she ministered to for over 35 years. The encouraging way she treated the sick gave them the desire to try to push passed their illness. Her kind and caring treatment will long be remembered by those she served. All who knew her lovingly referred to her as “Miss. Lindy.” She loved to travel, especially to the beaches of Florida. One of her favorite pastimes was watching the birds come to all of the bird houses in her yard to feed on the luscious bird seed she lovingly left for them. Her family enjoyed wonderful meals, but it was her “Cherry Delight Cheesecake” that she was famous for. In her spare time she enjoyed doing decoupage and crossword puzzles. She loved animals, but it was her dog “Jack” that was the joy of her world!

She is survived by one son, Sonny Lindenmuth (Deb) of Franklin, GA.; one daughter, Sandra Lindenmuth of Jenkinsburg, GA.; two grandsons, Mike Lindenmuth (Jamila) of Gainesville, FL., and Dave Lindenmuth (Nicole) of Costa Masa, CA.
