Mom was a wonderful person who was loved by all. She was born in Clayton NY to William Paul Ransear and Gladys (Stevens) Ransear. She married my Dad Harold Edward Kelley on August 12th 1950 and they had six children together Wanda (myself) Mary, Harold, Patrick,David and Daniel, The family lived several years in Syracuse NY, Moving to the Watertown, Black River area for a few years and then back to Syracuse NY. Mom and Dad then later moved back to Watertown NY until my dad's untimely death in 1983. Mom then came back to Syracuse NY to be close to her family. She enjoyed family dinners with myself, my husband Darrell my sister Mary and her husband Kevin Pike. She also enjoyed going to the lakes with us for cookouts and we included her friend (My husbands mom) Lillian Larkins. Mom was a christian woman who never had a bad word to say about anyone and found good in everyone. She will be forever missed by us all
