Mary Etta (Hardaway) Lynch was born January 30, 1929 in Luthersville, GA to the late Hugh and Genie Word (Beasley) Hardaway.

She entered into eternal rest on Thursday, July 25, 2013 at UPAC of Greenville, Greenville, GA (Nursing home)

Mary Etta (Hardaway) Lynch was the third of three children – two preceded her in death one brother, Hubert Lee Hardaway (Moon) and one sister Mattie Pearl (Hardaway) Rosser and one brother-in-law, Bobby Lee Rosser.

She joined the Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church at an early age. Mary Etta (Hardaway) Lynch loved her job as a nursing aid; her jobs often required her to travel at times out of state and country.

Mary Etta loved her family and friends and she was always the life of the party when ever in their company.

She leaves to cherish her sweet memoires a host of nieces great nieces and nephews; great nephews of four generations; niece / caregiver, Christine Hardaway Pace; niece caregiver, Mattie Ogletree; great nieces/ caregiver, Latrella Robinson; nephew/caregiver, Hurbet Hardaway; special friends, Mrs. Petula Cameron, Dea. Leon Coverson and Dea. Chris Owens
