Family Picture - Memories

June 21, 2021
Pattie, The picture of your grandparents  Mr. Frank and Mrs. Mary Spaccarotelli brings a tremendous amount of memories.  Growing up next door to Mary Ann and her family at 524-25th Ave. produces many hours of discussions when retelling family history.
I miss the many hours of discussions and visits with Mary Ann while I was living in the Seattle area.  Mary Ann and all of her family were so accepting of our family that it proved how loving she and her family were.  I recall when her father, Mr. Spaccarotelli, and my grandfather went hunting for bear and raccoons. We all ate good that winter and spring.  I also recall the many days your grandmother and my mother would spend time cooking and canning for our families.  I truly enjoyed growing up next door to Mary Ann and her family.

My mom was the happiest and most friendliest woman alive. She would help anyone if they needed something. She was easy to talk to and had so many friends. She loved all her children very much and my dad Lyle. She was full blooded Itallian and everyone loved her great cooking she did.
