A Tribute To My Endearing Grandma

Dear Grandma, it felt like a dream when I heard you are no more. Immediately, I started having some flashbacks of the moments we had — It is well.

Thank you for your love, advice, care and everything you've done for me. I am forever grateful and thankful that you are my grandmother.

Wherever you are, I believe you are in a better place with God. You may have passed on, but your memories and legacy will forever live on within our hearts. May your gentle soul rest in the bossom of the Lord.

TRIBUTE TO A SWEET-SPIRITED, KIND-HEARTED, CHEERFUL, STRONG AND ENERGETIC MOTHER IN-LAW.

I came in contact with you during the demise of your mother in 1999, when you came to meet my mum to help you buy somethings for the funeral. We exchanged pleasantries — I didn't even know your son, never knew you were my future mother in-law but destiny made it so.
My ever flowing, beautiful mother in-law who still had a glowing and an amazing flawless skin even in her 70's — An epitome of beauty.
Thank you for all the care during my children's birth and love you showered on my kids and I. I wish you had stayed a little more longer to eat and enjoy the fruit of your labour.
You were a mother hen indeed, thinking of the comfort of others first. A bridge builder who touches the lives of many. You made your mark on your children. You are a shining star in your family, you were like a salt, your presence makes everything tasty.
A cheerleader; jovial and energetic; never a dull moment with her. Without loosing your faith in God, you told me you will not die, so you don't have any doubt. You said you will live long; eat and enjoy the fruit of your labour; but God has taken you to a better place. My kids and I miss you so much, we prayed for you regularly, but God knows best; we can't question him.
We are comforted only by the fact that you're in a better place; free from sickness and discomfort that you endured.
I will never forget the precious memories that we shared, and your good advice. I feel so blessed to have you as a mother in-law.
Goodbye, farewell, dein na mu Ngie.

Mother you heard God’s whisper, calling you home, you did not want to leave us, I saw how you fought with your illness. you loved us sooo much that you held on tight, until all your strength was gone, and you could no longer hold on. Finally you gave your hand to God and slipped away quietly without telling us bye.
I will forever love and adore you mom for everything you taught us in life. Your death took away joy from our lives but we will hold on to the beautiful memories of times spent with you. May your soul rest in peace…

Mother, you were the truest, dearest, more than a mother to me. I called you a friend, sister, cousin and also dad when i lost dad. You stood alone for 23 years after dad passed on, and only God knows the inner strength you had.

Dearest Mother of mine,my Mother Hen, you taught me so many things about life and up until now it still guides me in my life each day. I'm grateful to God for your life and the positive impact you made in my life whilst you were on planet earth, it's so sad that death has snatched you away. I miss you each day that passes by,I can still remember the way you used to pet me and also you never failed to correct me from my wrongs. The moments I had with you are indeed memorable and it means so much to me. Thanks for being a sweet soul to me .

My mother was an inspiring soul, always there for all who came to her with their troubles. Her home was open to everyone, and her hospitality made them feel important. She was the most loving, humble, compassionate, understanding, family-orientated woman and one of the most beautiful souls one could ever meet. I am going to miss you so much, Ngie

Thank you so much to everyone for being here today to celebrate the life and honor the memory of my mother. To explain just how much my mother means to me is an impossible task, but I want to make sure that I pay tribute to my mother at her funeral. My mother was one of the strongest, bravest, and kindest humans to grace this planet. Without her, I wouldn't be here today, I wouldn't be the person I am, and I wouldn't have the life I have. She is everything to me, and more, and there's no way I could ever quantify the importance she's held in my life. My mother was the best mother a person could ask for: She was humble, supportive, and strong. Thank you, mom, for everything.
