I went to both Stonydelph and Glascote/Torc High with Matthew. I remember him for his hay fever (terrible from memory) and also when he was 'drunk' at Torc once and collapsed (?) from memory. I had only recently moved up to Lancashire several weeks before reading about the sad news in the Tamworth Herald back in 2008. He was living in Eringden as a kid and I vaguely remember his Mum and/or Dad being associated with the local youth club. I'll always remember his big smile and red hair, those freckles of course.
