Us Quborsi’s were lucky enough to have known Matt for over 10 years.
In that time we have had many happy memories of sharing family moments with Matt, Anne and Katie. From regular meals out, birthdays, holidays, our traditional Panto’s on Christmas Eve , New Year’s Eve celebrations, come to think of it any excuse really! Matt would always get roped into things if Charlie did! Even lockdown didn’t stop us doing family things together!

We will treasure our last meal with them now though at our favourite PF Changs as we said our goodbyes last summer. Little did we know that we wouldn’t see Matt again.

We all know that Matt loved his cheesecakes and one of his favourite ones was one he had on holiday with us, mind you, you had to be very quick if you wanted to taste it!

Whenever we remember Matt and all the good times shared, it always makes us smile as Matt always smiled as he was such a loving and caring family man.

He was loved by all of us and we know that he won’t be far away in our hearts when we continue sharing our lives with Anne and Katie and we will always look out for them. Lots of love Matt from Rachael , Charlie , Tara and Leah x

My heart goes out to you Ann and Katie . We can’t even imagine what your going through. It’s many years since we stood in that school playground with Eve and Katie. We are thinking of you both. RIP Matt.

Remembering Matt,
You came into our lives when the girls were small, where did the time go, sadly now gone you will always remain a part of us.

You walked calmly through life and embraced every challenge including the move to Dubai where you opened up your home to welcome us with generosity and warmth on our many visits for which 'thank you' is not enough. You shared with us your passion for Formula 1 and luxury cars, hunting out Lamborghinis on the beach road to make the girls smile. On your visits home to the UK we listened to the sound of your trusty lawnmower as you made a job of the stripes in the grass - 'a pleasure' you said and the pleasure was all ours.  Matt you took us to places we would never have seen, we had our very own 'Mattnav', to the top of mountains and blue seas.

There are special people in our lives who never leave us when they are gone and Matt you are one of these special people.

To Matt, Anne and Katie we are sending love and prayers your way.

From Julie, Trevor, Kate and Amy.

My deepest condolences to you both. Matt was a great friend and a major influence to me when I joined the RAF teaching me in those early years I owe so much to him. This terrible pandemic has taken a great man but it will never take the memories you have. Love to you both.
