That's what I always called him from the time he came in to our family. He was the most loving guy you would ever met. He wasn't Bill & I's blood but you would never know it. We loved him so much. I remember our church had an Apple Fest. Mattie was to go but ended up in Hershey Medical Center. I was to be Simba from the Lion King. He asked me to come and see him. We went down and Mattie had me all over the whole floor showing his little friends Simba. He loved Christmas and dressing up for Halloween. Mattie loved to come camping with us to the different Outdoor Worlds. He came one time to the Gettsyburg Campground and they had a petting zoo with a goat called Billy. I showed Mattie and he pointed to Billy. He and I laughed. I told him not to tell Billy what we agreed upon and he laughed again.Mattie would always tell me when Billy would play around and kid him. He would say" Billy I'm telling Grammieand she can spank you. Sure thing when ever we would see Mattie the first thing would be Billy did this. The last time I spent with Mattie was Thanksgiving dinner. I told his other grandma that I wasn't going to decorate since my husband, Bill passed away.Mattie said Grammie I'm here. I'll always remember this and keep it in my heart. This past Christmas I decorated only for Mattie. Mattie I will always love you and never forget you. You will always be in my heart. I bet you and your two grandpas are having a ball together in Heaven. Someday soon I'll be there with all of you. Love you Mattie, Grammie Gottshall
