Mrs. Morrison was born, Thursday, April 26, 1928, in North Alabama, the daughter of the late Evla and Joab Price. She was a member of Stovall Baptist Church. Mrs. Morrison was an independent woman who was the backbone of her family. She was a very loving, kind woman who adored her husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her greatest gift to everyone she met was showing her Christian faith through her actions. Her family will miss playing card games with her and watching her as she created the most beautiful quilts.

Survivors include her husband, James Mitchell Morrison, Sr.; her children, Sandra Morrison (Tom) Burdette, Sr., Michael (Kay) Morrison and James M. (Cheryl) Morrison, Jr.; her grandchildren, Tom Burdette, Jr., Shannon (Robbie) Clark, Michael Morrison, Jr., John (Brittany) Morrison and Jenna (Lane) Perry; her great grandchildren, Rory Kloster, Karsyn, Emma and Price Burdette, Bailey Morrison, Ramsey Clark and Kennady Perry. She was preceded in death by her grandson, James M. (Jay) Morrison, III.
