I am not certain if anyone ever checks this site as it appears there is no previous information. But, I am fairly certain I attended school with Mavis several years ago (grade 5/6) out in Stony Plain. I remember her smile and laughter. She left such an impression on me that I have remembered her all these years. Something struck me this morning that made me think of her so I decided to look her up on line and very sadly came across this. I am deeply sorry to hear about this tragedy. May Mavis be in your hearts forever. I will choose to remember her smile and laughter as a young girl.
