Dear Karthik and Maya's family, I am very sorry for the tragic loss of Maya. Sometimes, life set unbearable challenges for us, and the loss of a child is impossible to get over. Even without knowing Maya, I can see she shed so much light and spread joy around her. She'll be greatly missed!

Maya, we are so saddened for your loss but your memories will always remain with us. When Leela was first born, you were so fascinated by her and Neil and I will never forget you helping us with her bath and being so sweet with her. You even gave her your beloved giraffe which we have many pics of her with the giraffe as a tribute to you. At that moment, Neil and I told each other that we hoped Leela grew up to be as kind and sweet natured as you. I'm so glad we got to see you a few weeks back and even though our visit was short, we will always treasure those moments with you.
