Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted Matthew 5:4. . I’m thankful to God to have known such an amazingly awesome and beautiful woman who was affectionately called NeeNee . She fought a good fight, won the battle and is now flying high with the Angels and our Heavenly Father Loved eternally ❤️♾

What a beautiful, wonderful lady. She welcomed me into her family like I was one of her own. Richard was my big brother in our fraternity and our friendship lasted throughout the years. Melody and Natalie have always been so sweet and gracious. A trait no doubt they got from their mother.

I was a caregiver for Ms. Campbell, It has been a pleasure taken care of her. She said many days don't get old because it will take everything away from you. She could top anything you say with her beautiful smile. And yes she will be missed. Forever missed.

Mae was one of the classiest, considerate and loving people I have ever met. I will miss her dearly, but her legacy lives on through her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and all those she touched throughout the years. May God Bless her soul.....

When I think of Ms. Campbell I think of/remember the days of my youth and what an example she was for me. She was and still is a woman of principle, elegance and grace. As a young girl, many times I would feel like an outsider but She always made me feel comfortable and accepted. What an honor and a blessing to have known someone so distinguished and yet so kind. No doubt her family and the world has lost a very beautiful person but Heaven has gained a sweet Spirit. Natalie, Melody I will continue to pray for you both as the Lord walks with you on this journey through this time of indescribable grief and loss.

Knowing GOD we’ll never leave you alone. Just remember in these saddened and trying times he will bring you comfort. When you are weak, he is strong, his love never gives up. May GOD restore your spirit and give you both strength and Bless you day by day. Mae is in flight with the Angles. Our hearts may be broken, but she is in the heavens above. Love Belle

I hope you find comfort in reflecting on the life and achievements of your loved one. She paved the way for those of us who succeeded her, in service to our country. I served as a nurse and retired. In my final assignment I had the honor of serving as the Army Nurse Corps Historian. It provided me the opportunity to learn of other women of color who served like those in the 6888th postal group. May her life and your memories be a blessing. My cousin Denise Thomas is a friend who shared the clip of the ceremony with me.

GRACE is what comes to mind when I think about Mrs. Campbell. Her GRACE was always present. Her GRACE reflected in her life and service. I know her family and her sisters of the 6888th welcomed her home to Heaven. We, the 6888th FAMILY were touched by your GRACE and know that you are resting with the LORD. We thank you for your service. We will carry on.

To the family of Maybelle Campbell; friends; loved ones; all. .just a note to say we have lost a MIGHTY GOOD SOLDIER!! I've known May for over 50 years and I can honestly say she was a dear and true friend. I met her at the Government Printing Office when I was beginning my career in federal service. May provided helpful guidance of the good and bad in people, and I never forgot any of her words of wisdom. I met her family and she met mine and a few other friends. I kept up with May no matter where she was moved because she was my dear friend, and she would keep me laughing. I loved Maybelle and I am grateful to God for allowing her to be with us for 99 blessed years. I will truly miss my friend Maybelle. Peace and blessings to those she left behind.

Mama, I miss you so much had take a moment while writing. I thought this day would never come I’m not prepared. I thank the Lord Almighty for placing you in my life. God says I’m love when I can’t feel a thing, God says be strong when I’m weak, God says I’m healed when I’m falling short. A very good friend told me Nat...your Mom completed her assignment very well.

So Ma, tell Dad and Richard hello cause I know they met you with open arms.
So y’all get the party started in the kingdom of heaven. Psalm 34:18 The Lord is close to the broken-hearted and saves those who are crushed in sprit. Hallelujah Praise be to God
