Dear little one,
  I remember holding you briefly at church the Sunday before you became ill. So cute and full of energy.
  I remember baby sitting you and Amie while Mom and Dad had a day out. I had to give you some liquid Tylenol or cold meds and was unfamiliar with that special spoon and called your mama to make sure I would get the doseage amount right. You and Amy were so good for me.
Just know that you are loved and in our hearts and minds, not forgotten!

Megan, I'll never forget, in fact, it often comes to my memory, the last time I saw you. It was yours and Amie's custom to come to me for a piece of candy after Sunday evening service. That last night you came alone and instead of wanting candy you only wanted to give me a hug and say, "Good bye" something you had never done before and then you were gone. One day I will see you again and collect another hug and hear you say, "Hello".

I remember you Megan as if it were yesterday. Time has not erased your memory or the love people have for you.

I hope to see you myself someday in heaven. We can talk about how you were in my Christmas play as John the Baptist.

The day I heard the news of her passing will forever be embedded in my memory. I remember you guys coming to SC and the kids playing at the beach. Wonderful memories. Although she had a short life she had a life filled with love. Miss you so much Megan.

When Megan went home to be with the Lord, it was earth shaking to my children who were close to her age at the time. Where's Megan? Heaven? What do you do in Heaven? Do they have a playground there? Lots of questions, lots of tears. We know she's in a better place than us, and will see her again someday!

Megan never leaves our thoughts....always has a special place for us. I miss her.....but know I will see her again. Love to you all.

She left an imprint on our hearts! She was a loveable bunch of fun and giggles. Esther and her could get into more things. At such a young age they sure were good buddies. They were in the crib together, in the tub together (more water outside than inside), outside, inside, play pen, etc. We will see her again one of these days. :)

They say that God has a reason for everything that happens in our lives and when he took Megan home I'm sure he needed a small angel to make someone happy up there. Someone needed a cherished heart and gentle soul, someone our little Megan represented.......she is making you proud Momma..........God loves her
