just watched her case on Crime Beat my heart broke. I as a bereaved parent myself have no words to express how this touched me. May her memory live on forever with her sweet, sweet smile. To her Mother and Step Dad I know you will always carry her proudly in your heart she will forever be your Angel.

Hello, I didn't know Meika but I just watched the show about her case and it broke my heart. I was, and still am, in tears. I'm a mother and grandmother and I believe all children should be cherished. I can not fathom how much pain her mother had to endure. She was a sweet angel. I will never understand how anyone could do what was was done to her. I wish her horrible father and his monster of a wife would have to stay in prison for the rest of their lives. They don't deserve to walk free ever.
Rest in peace sweet girl, heaven has gained an angel. I will think of you every time I hear your favorite song.
