Melissa Fluhr, born on Staten Island, New York. She moved to Howell in 1972. She was a graduate of Howell High School and Stockton State College with a degree in Criminal Justice. Melissa was a Monmouth County Probation Officer in Child Support Division for many years. She is survived by her parents, Walter & Barbara Fluhr. Also survived by her brothers Christopher & Michael, her niece Ashley (Andrew) & the love of her life, her great nephew, Mason John.
