Merylin Jones Nabors, 83, passed away Sunday, January 27, 2019 at her home. She was a native of Dillon South Carolina , the daughter of the late Alvin Jones and Anne Rising and the widow of Sidney Nabors.
Graveside services will be conducted Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Meadowview Memorial Park by Rev. Victor Blackwell.
Surviving are her two daughters, Donna Nabors Hendrix (Ronnie) of Louisburg, Tracy Nabors Brown (Charles) of Oxford, two sisters, Cleo Watson and Margaret Adams, both of Mississippi, four grandchildren, Ryan Hendrix (Meagan), Erika Wolfe (Joel), Lindsay Brown, Kaitlyn Brown and a great grandson, Landon.
Visitation will follow at Meadowview cemetery immediately following the service and other times at the home.
Flowers are accepted or memorials may be made to Samaritan’s Purse, PO Box 3000, Boone, NC 28607

You all are in our thoughts & prayers. Cherish the memories that have been made over the many years you all had together. She is in a better place and is no longer suffering or in pain. She had wonderful caretakers and she will always be in your hearts. God Bless!

You Mom, Tracy will truly be missed. Merylin was a wonderful woman, who was there if you needed anything. She was a Godly woman who also LOVED her family dearly. Remember all the laughs you shared together. Those are the best memories.
I will always remember her speeding around her property on the riding lawn mower cutting her grass. she always got the job done no matter what it was.
I was Blessed to spend time with her this past summer when I came to visit my brother Chuck and Tracy and family. We worked on a puzzle together and had many laughs. Such Fond Memories. May God be with you all during this time of loss. She is now with the Lord and her loved ones in Heaven.

Tracy, I know your mom was a very special lady whom was loved dearly by her family and friends. She will be truly missed by many. You all are in my thoughts and prayers. Your Mom will be greatly missed, she was a very nice and kind person. It is always hard to lose your Mom but think on the great memories and she will always be in your hearts. Prayers for you all.
