Mike was a free spirit. He started his independent life at 16 and from that moment on his life was like his favorite sport, NASCAR !!! He lived and loved hard and fast, just the way he liked it. Family was everything to him, especially his sons. Anthoney Lane Jr. was the light of his life as was his step son Jason Connell. Mike loved animals as well .....especially his dog Jackson and all his fish. Mike was a lover of life, a giver from his heart, and the warmest soul there was. He wanted everyone in his life to be happy and he did whatever was in his power to make sure they were.! He knew the words to just about every song that was ever written. He had a smile for everyone and made sure to get a smile out of everyone. He is greatly missed as each and every day goes bye. I look forward to joining you again in heaven Mike.....until then, I count on the fact that you are watching over us up there.
