I only just found out Mike was gone...I’ve lost a part of my heart that I will never get back. No one has ever truly loved me the way that he did & I’ll always be grateful for every laugh, every cry, every conversation, even every argument we ever had, because they were with my soulmate... I’m so thankful we had one last amazing conversation together Mike... I will miss, cherish, & live to love you the rest of my life...  love always, your moon

I am Michael's Aunt Carol and the youngest sister of his father Ken Willet.
I still live in the same small town that Ken and I grew up in. I remember Michael as a baby and he was such a pleasant little boy. He was the same age as our youngest child Jill. As Mike got older i also remember how he could make everyone laugh at his stories and I enjoyed his company. i Pray that he is enjoying Heaven with his maternal grandparents and his paternal grandparents. God speed Mike! Love Aunt Carol and Uncle David.

Mike was an awesome guy. He worked for me at Dunkin’ Donuts and loved him working there. He was a really hard worker and even greater person.

I will forever have Mike’s little footprints in my heart from the day I first held him in my arms ❤️...and will always cherish the precious  picture of my mom and dad holding Michael for the first time and being so excited to have their
“ little man” in all our lives ....Michael was looking up at his Grandpa Carlton holding him ... and he continued to look up to him and hear of the many stories about his grandfather loving  him so much from heaven.
His Grandpa Carlton passed away at 46 years of age when Michael was just 14 months old and Michael was actually the only grandchild he actually got to hold in his arms here on earth .... as I was actually expecting my son when their Grandpa Carlton was also called to his heavenly home at such a young age .

I will forever keep the Memories of my mother’s biggest  joy of having Micheal ,  Kimmy and my son John Robert and his sister Julie Ann all together as they all grew up together listening to how much she loved them for their Grandpa Carlton and her both !

I will cherish all my memories of Michael being forever young and his wonderful big laugh and smile in my heart . Being his Aunt Cheryl ( or Aunt Monkadoo) was my privilege and certainly my joy too....I love you my dear nephew and know you are back in the arms  of Jesus and your Grandparents again !!!
Forever loved and missed  .....
your Aunt Cheryl

Met mike when I was 22 and guess he was 24. We had a band together with a couple other friends. Hung out making music and playing Tony Hawk on PlayStation. Shared a lot of fond memories with him and am saddened to hear of his passing. The obituary was spot on about his smile. It could drag you up from the depths of life and place you in a good place. Good night sweet prince, may fleets of angels wing you to your rest. :’(
