This memorial website was created in memory of our loved one, Michael Milligan, 46 years old, born on July 19, 1969, and passed away on March 27, 2016. We will remember him forever.

Hey Michael, 8 years has passed in a blink of an eye. However, so much has happened since then.… most importantly both girls are doing well. Jessica is 21 and lives on her own with roommates sharing home and juggling life, working as a teachers aid in school. She wants to be a teacher some day. Emma is 18 now and finishing her 2nd semester at college ( her 1st year) and transferring to ASU. She wants to be nurse then Nurse anesthesiologist. I, on the other hand switched jobs and working at SNF ( love it ) and soon starting my second job as nursing instructor! We are moving by July closer to my family and Jessica lives on that side. Trying to buy a house. Payson home is still standing and I am trying to keep it along having a new home. Sometimes I think of how our lives would be if you were here….? Oh, baby Selma turned 1 year, walking and started day care. Jared and Maya are great parents! Until next time, we all miss you❤️

Happy birthday!!!  Plan is to go to movies and grab some food with Emma after work and celebrate your birthday  Emma and I had you in our dreams this week, this has not happened in a while. Emma said you hugged her and she was crying and she didn’t want to let go of you. For me, I just remember you were there in mix of some other people but at one point I was sitting in your lap , that is all I could remember…girls are soon to be 18 and 21… beautiful girls and I am proud of them, time flies for sure Both girls have jobs. Emma starting college next month. Baby Selma is growing and she is adorable. The whole family is excited about baby Selma. We go to Payson from time to time to see Liz but we keep in touch by phone with her and April. Gannon is becoming very handsome young man. Today we are going to celebrate you and the moon!!!! Until next time …you are always in our memories and we carry you on through this journey of life ❤️
Oh one more thing, I found this recipe called Minas lemon bars…. Reminded me of you calling me Mina… so I made them and they are delicious !!!

Hi Michael!! You wouldn’t believe of how life changed since you left. Emma is graduating early this year and starting college ( age 17). Jessica has been on her own for the last 2 years and she is doing life’ ( age 20). I am now divorced and picking up peaces to move forward. It is all good just sometimes things don’t work out as we imagined. I am trying to live my dash as you recommended. Maya and Jared had baby girl this March just few weeks ago. ( actually 19 days ago). Her name is Selma Rumi Cox. You would be so happy for them . We are all happy for them and excited to have a baby in the family. Maya was 17 years old when we had Emma now Emma is 17. Crazy . You are always in our memories. Until next time … ❤️

Thinking of you this holiday season!!! Hope you are united with GG. ❤️

Girls are doing good. Emma will be graduating next year , early graduate of 2023! Jessica is managing her independent life. And I am starting to work on myself.( lots happened this year!!!) . Lots of loss…. And heartache. But we have one more great news that you would be very excited besides Emma’s graduation!!! Maja and Jared are going to be parents in March of 2023

6 years today!!! Some days seem like it was yesterday but then yet soo much changed since you passed. Girls are now 19 and 16. I found new love ( as you told me to but didn’t believe I could ) and have new purpose for moving forward. Life is for sure moving on and we carry you with us in our memories, ❤️

Today marks 5 years. Time sure flies no doubt. Girls are now 15 and 18. Freshmen and senior. They are no longer girls, they are becoming young women. We are going to decorate the grave site with new moon and stars wind spinner then we will go to airport for brunch to celebrate your life. As for Life it continues with challenges and new chapters of life, love and realization of how life is or can be really short. Rest in peace ❤️ We all carry peace of you with us always...

Happy 51st . We finally painted bathrooms yesterday .Girls did not like that orange red color you picked years ago lol. Neither did I lol. We celebrate you today and reminiscing. So many things have changed since you passed away. Girls are so big and becomig women- you would be proud. Emma is starting freshman year this year and Jessica is finishing her senior year. Time sure flys and it is so valuable and important to live life as best as we can.I found new meaning and purpose in life.Happy birthday Michael. I am sure you are looking over our girls ♥️♥️

Happy 50th bday Michael.  It is hard to believe that you have been gone for over 3 years now and as is hard to belive or to say you are turning 50 today.  We went to dimond point and celebrated your bday. Hope you are having good time on the other side. We love and miss you....

Another birthday. Many people say time passes fast. But in all actuality it is not time, it is us. Wish that we had more of us ( you and I) together.Some people live a long lives together and they grow together and some like you and I had over a decade to be together.I don't think it matters how long we have been together, what matters is the bond we had with each other. I Found you and you found me when we both were still trying to figure out ourselves.We helped each other grow and became better people.We loved each other no matter what, good, bad and ugly. We stuck together. Thank you for being part of my life and for helping me grow.Thank you for our children and for convincing me to move to Payson.You will always be the best chapter of my life.In my heart forever....Happy bday in the sky!!!!
