MICHAEL SALDAÑA TEMPLIN, age 25, passed away as a result of a motorcycle  accident on May 13, 2016, in Woodland Hills, California. Michael was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, where he attended Lamplighter School, St. Mark's School of Texas and graduated from Bending Oaks Academy.

Michael turned from following a traditional education in favor of pursuing his talent and passion for music and film. He moved to Los Angeles, where he composed electronic dance music and background music for film and video.  He filmed and produced music videos, commercial videos for the Internet and television and worked on an indie film. Michael was creative in all respects. He was highly inquisitive and passionate about many things, including automobiles and mechanics.

Michael was greatly loved and will be missed by his family and friends, as well as his dog "Kaiser," whose tail may never wag as strongly again. He is survived by his parents, Sarah Saldaña and Don Templin, both of Dallas, Texas, as well as his brother Andy, his sister Tisha, their families and Michael's many aunts, uncles and cousins.

There will be a celebration of Michael's life for family and friends at a later time.
