Runquist, Michael Dean (McElderry) Age 60 of Wyoming, MN passed away on 7/3/2015 after living graciously with pancreatic cancer for 11 months. He was loved as a son, brother, father and grandpa. To his children, he was more than a dad. He was also a coach (on and off the field) and the best dance partner his daughter could wish for! Admirably stubborn yet selfless, he cherished time spent with loved ones including his annual fishing trips with “Cowboy” and seeing his grandchildren. His wittiness made us laugh even at the most inopportune times as he faced death with good humor and bravery. Preceded in death by his beloved mother Phyliss McElderry. Survived by his daughters Tiffany (Beau) and Kelly (Derek) and sons Shawn and Kevin. Mike would sum life up with words of wisdom saying “Some can take a joke, and some can just take a short leap!”.
