Michelle Leigh Corbin, 39, of Punta Gorda, Florida, formerly of Woodbury, New Jersey, passed away peacefully at home, Wednesday, July 15, 2015.

She was born June 1, 1976 in Hampton, Virginia.  Michelle most notably was an advocate for mental health awareness.  She was known to be a spokesperson via the web, and many looked up to her advice and caring nature.

Michelle also was an advocate for pet adoption, and most recently had two beloved kitty's named Rae Ann and Mo.

Michelle will be greatly missed by her mother and stepfather, Patricia "Ma" and Steven Yancey of Punta Gorda, Florida, father and stepmother, Norman Corbin and Patricia Koski of Woodbury, New Jersey, sisters, Danielle Thompsen and Janelle Myers, nieces and nephews, David, Zack, Aleysha, Isaac, Addy, Aliya (Lula). Beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, and her BFF's.
