I was lucky to have the relationship with my mom where she was my best friend. She was the person I could turn to no matter what and she was always there. She was at the birth of her first grandchild and was able to hold her within minutes of birth and she had the biggest smile on her face. 
My mom was able to be with the man of her dream for over 20 years who became my father and loved her dearly. 
Her love and passion for animals is what made her happy. She had the honor the read books for a variety of authors prior to their release and give feedback. She would get a book and not put it down until she was don’t with it.
My mom was brave, a fighter and true warrior.
