Vriendin, en so is dit nou weer jou birthday.

I still think about you so often. I even still send sms's to you when I miss you. Many won't understand.

Words cannot express how much I miss you. You laugh. Your smile.

You will always be in my heart.

I love and mis you staxx and staxx ands stax.

PS- no one can make those nice bisuits. En jy is toe al aan saam met die recipe.

My sister,

Since your passing in 2011, I have avoided talking about the loss and pain I have been feeling - I pretend that I am okay, but the pain just never goes away....

Your life story and the person that you were will forever be in our hearts.

Such alot of things have happened and through it all I was happy but while in the moment time just stood still and I wished you were there.
I got married, have a baby girl now and moved back to Gauteng.

Your son is getting big and reminds me so much of you!


In life I loved you and learned so much from you.
Now I love you even more and wish to just hug you.


RIP my sister.

Missing a friend

Today I saw an invitation for your unveiling and it hit me so hard that it is almost a year since your passing on the 12th August 2011, and I cried thinking of you. I still miss you so much, it is difficult to even think about you without getting emotional. A beautiful soul lost so early, Oh how I miss you-fighting for lemons, even Gail is not bringing them for me anymore, fighting and sharing avos, sharing our love for our favorite team-Kaizer Chiefs...
Oh how I miss you, no one will ever affect me in my life like you did.
May you rest in peace.
The invitation made it so final, that it is time for me to deal with my emotions and let go.... RIP my friend you will always have a special place in my heart.
