Let the memory of Mike's 150 yard drives slice away your sadness.

  • Passed away on December 12, 2013 in Atlanta, Georgia, United States.

This memorial website was created in memory of the beloved, yet often despised, Mike Gorecki. While his golf game may no longer be with us, we will always remember his countless complaints and egregious rules violations. Gorecki continues to live inside our hearts every time someone tops a drive or chunks an approach shot.

Up in Heaven, God does not mind Gorecki's slow play. Because God doesn't have anything else to do today.

I heard that Gorecki got a hole in one once. I don't buy it. I had the pleasure of sharing a golf cart with him one time and he couldn't hit sand if he fell off a camel.

I heard he died owing someone $2

May his golf game be buried in the ground as deep as his tee shot in the picture. I know that many were embarrassed to be near the deceased, but we can all agree that it got a C+ in effort.

Lord it's a miracle! I can communicate from the heaven's above! I will forever haunt you Chandler Brown for creating this site and causing me eternal despair. I will bless kind people like Randie with good fortune. Now that I've relocated to warmer temperatures (no not hell), perhaps I'll resurrect my game and take some lessons, so any additional "stories" of my horrible rounds can no longer be written.

I also did not know dear Gorecki's golf game but it sounds like it was the worst. Thoughts and prayers.
