Rev. Mike Hutchinson 66, of LaFayette, Alabama died Sunday March 26, 2017 at his residence.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday March 29, 2017 at 2PM at the Mt.Zion Baptist Church with the Rev. Steve Powell and the Rev. Gerald Purvis officiating.
Burial will follow at Rock Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Tuesday from 5PM until 7PM at the funeral home.

When Mike went in to any place, restaurant, waiting room at a hospital or about to receive treatments, Mike would strike up conversations with anyone that would talk with him. I'm kind of shy around strangers and would be trying to fade into the background but Mike engaged everyone. He had people laughing and talking within minutes.
