Grandma, First off I want to tell you how thankful I am to have had you as a grandmother, I enjoyed laying next to you in your comfortable warm room running my fingers through your long hair, I can still remember the smell of your shampoo. Patiently waiting for you to say "Ok thats good" and watch you reach into one of your hundred of bags to get some candy out or sometimes even some money to go to the store. Grandma thank you for showing me how to dress in your Traditional Regalia as I wanted to follow in your footsteps and dance at pow-wows. Thank you for always making sure that I had everything I needed for the next pow wow. Grandma I want to thank you for all the advice you have given me growing up whether it be on my bad days, my good days, or my cry baby days. Your words always brought my spirit up. Thank you for your courageous endless love for all of your grandchildren even if we were in the wrong , you always had our backs. I think often of the last day I talked to you on Easter 2018, you still had your smiling face even though you were uncomfortable and in pain. I will forever cherish our last visit when you gifted me some of your personal belongings I know I'll hang on to them and take care of them well. I remember everything up to the day your sickness over came, But you still fought hard till the end, I remember hearing you groan in pain as you laid there on that bed rubbing your hand and re-assuring you that your doing good and you're the strongest women I know and you will forever be. I wanted to do anything to help auntie and grandpa take care of you as I seen the pain and worry in there eyes. But Grandma I wanted to tell you I will forever miss you, after seeing you laying there breathless on your bed, knowing that all your suffering you endured in the last days of your life have come to an end. Then as I closed my eyes as that Hurst drove away with you inside, I could see your smiling face with no more pain, but when I opened my eyes I realized you left this world. Grandma I love you and I miss you seeing you right by grandpas side the most but I'll Forever cherish the memories with you and we will always remember its not good bye its just our see you later for now.
