HAPPY HOLIDAYS

December 24, 2011

Hi Mommy

The Holidays are here again; it really brings back the wonderful memories we shared together as a family back in the good ole days.  There were so many gifts under the Christmas Tree every year.  Real beautiful times.  You will always be in our Hearts.

Love,

Kimberly :)

THANKSGIVING

November 23, 2011

Hi Mommy....Happy Thanksgiving!...It's tomorrow doesn't seem like it...times are not like they used to be...so much has changed in this world we live today!...I miss you very much...I just want you to know how much I Love You and Truly miss you...My heart will always ache at the lack of your physical presence...but you are here in my spirit and I'm just gratefuly you're not suffering anymore.....I'm reminiscing on the Thanksgivings of old....you throwing down in the kitchen...everyone stuffing themselves more than the turkey...LOL!....Those times will never be recaptured but never be forgotten....I'm Thankful that you were my mom...and as much as I thought you made me so mad when you were always on my case and whipping my behind....I am truly Thankful and Grateful...because you have allowed me to become the woman I am and not end up in a jail cell somewhere or dead on the streets...so Thank you for the Super Tough Love which motivated the decisions I have made in life.....I want you to know you are forevermissed....but you are always in my heart and I Love you....Laurie

She did not take any stuff.

September 11, 2011

I really don't have any stories but I do remember Mrs. Hunter did not take any mess from anyone. She and Mr. Hunter both would set you straight right away. Laurie (one of the seven daughters) was my older sister Stephanie's friend and we became friends also. All of the seven daughters were very nice, Love you Laurie

Drama of the Roach

September 10, 2011

This story also is so vivid in my mind...I laugh when I think about it..though it wasn't funny then!...I was about 16..back then yes I did my share of marijuana and used to save the roaches(very last tip of the joint)...well my mother in her Snoop mode one evening found one I guess that dropped!...OMG!!!!..LOL!!!..well I was sleep it was about 1:00am in the morning..she came into my room yelling and screaming..she had a napkin in her hand...I woke up like...what is going on?...She's screaming WHAT IS THIS?..WHAT IS THIS?...I'm looking like what?...she opens this large napkin and in the center is this little roach clip..swallowed up by the big napkin it's so small...I looked rolled over and put the blanket over my head in which she yanked off..still screaming....wait until your father comes home.....Well after that incident I think I gave up saving roaches...and was thankful it wasn't a full bag of weed...she may have taken me out right there!....LOL!!!!!
